Past and Present

SINDAT, s.r.o. (Ltd) Co. was founded in 1990 when it concentrated its critical business activities into trading, consulting, project engineering and financial services. With increasing sales in these activities it diversified its operations into separate companies which led to the emergence of a commercial group of companies called the Sindat Group.

At the end of the nineties SINDAT gradually left the service sphere to strengthen its financial participation in the industrial branches of finalized chemicals and special textiles. Besides equity management SINDAT strongly supports the entire group in sales and marketing and over the following ten years the industrial holding managed to cover almost ninety areas worldwide.

At the end of the first decade of the new millennium SINDAT invested massively in entirely new industries, especially nanotechnology and biomedicine, strengthening its activities in basic research and innovations of higher orders. At the same time the parent company SINDAT continued in its finalized chemicals and textile business activities.

In more than 20 years of existence on the market more than fifty small to medium-sized enterprises have been in the group controlled by the SINDAT Company, in which the company exercised its holding based on business synergies, innovative strategies and project financing.
